our Farm
Hello! Thank you for stopping by our little corner of the world to learn more about our premium New Hampshire Maple products. We take pride and endless hours making sure the syrup you purchase from us is nothing but the best.
In early May 2019 we purchased the beautiful Conde residence on Bean Hill Road in Northfield, NH. With the 100 acres to roam and farm, we’re excited to dive into some other farming avenues to offer to the local community and throughout the country. Currently, we offer maple products ready to ship or pick up here. We have a U-Pick blueberry field that is open at the end of July through mid-August every year, along with horse, cow/goat and mulch hay for sale by the bale.
We (Jason and Bethany) met in 2009 on a dusty construction site in Vermont. We were married two years later on this very farm. Jason learned the trade, among other things, from the late John Conde and made syrup on this farm for 15+ years by his side. I learned how to make Eliza’s famous maple fried dough and in 2015 we started our own maple operation in Tilton, NH. Now that we’re here on the farm, we’re excited to dive back into the more traditional ways of making syrup; with a wood-fired evaporator and a sugar house that shows it’s history and years spent on the farm. We did bring along a few of the newer advances in the industry to help us continue to produce a top shelf product.
We have two children, Liam and Natalie. One of the best parts of being on the farm with them is showing them the beauty and struggles of working closely with the land. They’ll be working (playing) right along beside us, so if you see them, please say hi!
Bethany is also a photographer specializing in farm documentary, newborns and families. Please visit this page to learn more about her photography work.
Thank you so much for visiting our site.
