HALF pound of granulated maple sugar. This is made simply by boiling the finished syrup to a certain temperature then stirring it until it becomes granulated. You can substitute it for white sugar 1:1 ratio. Also excellent in oatmeal, sprinkled on toast and added to your coffee or tea!
